Claims/accidents should be reported as soon as possible by contacting our agency at 509-684-5059. For after hours claims contact your company direct. To find your companies contact information please go to our "Companies" page.
Claims can be reported online by filling out the correct claims form below. Once submitted, someone in our office will contact you within one business day.

What do I do in the event of a loss?
1.Seek medical attention if necessary.
2.Remain at scene/protect property if necessary.
3.Contact authorities.
4. Exchange (contact/insurance) information with other involved.
5. Take pictures if possible.
6. Contact your agent or insurance company ASAP.
